Regulation of
Membership Dues
(dated November
30, 1991, modified on April 2nd, 1995)
§ 1 Admission Fee
- The admission fee for each
professional or supporting member is 20.- EUR/US $ upon entering the
association.
- The admission fee is due
upon payment of the first annual membership fee.
§ 2 Membership Fee
- The membership fee for each
professional member is 60.- EUR/US $ per calendar year.
- Supporting members determine
the amount of their own membership fee. It should be in accordance with
the membership fee of the professional members.
- The membership fee is due
on January 1st, of each year.
- During the first year of
entering the association, the membership fee is calculated proportionally
with 1/12 of the membership fee per month.
§ 3 Apportionment of cost
Apportionments of cost or other
expenses are not be levied at this time.
§ 4 Exceptions
- According to § 5 (3) of
the association's statutes, honorary members are exempted from the obligation
to pay fees and apportionments of cost.
- According to § 5 (4), the
managing committee can - in appropriate cases - totally or partially
remit or grant a respite in the payment of fees, contributions and apportionments
of cost.
§ 5 Enactment
- This membership fee regulation
will enter into force on the day of proclamation.
- The disclosure is made by
mailing the complete membership fee regulation in the current version
accompanied by the protocol of the 4th general meeting in 1995.
The German version of
the statutes is binding for all legal matters of the association.
